The handful of Congressional Republicans with substantial Hispanic constituencies are concentrated in the Southwest and Florida. Almost two-thirds of Republican members represent districts with Hispanic populations of 10 percent or less. Democrats have a more even distribution and control 28 of the 33 majority-Hispanic districts.
