This table compares the House and Senate allocations for fiscal 2014 spending with current-year appropriations and the president's fiscal 2014 request. The House allocations, first adopted by that chamber on May 21, were revised on June 27 to increase the topline from $966.9 billion to $967.5 billion, adding $551 million to the Commerce-Justice-Science bill and reducing Homeland Security by $2 million. The Senate is using an overall limit of $1.058 trillion.
