Fiscal 2013 Defense Spending Legislation

The House Appropriations Committee released a continuing resolution that includes fuller appropriations language for Defense and Military Construction-VA. The spending levels in the bill reflect fiscal 2013 levels before the across-the-board cuts in the sequester is applied.
