Fiscal 2015 Discretionary Appropriations

After several years of wide spreads in both their Appropriations subcommittee allocations and overall discretionary totals, the House and Senate agreed for fiscal 2014 and fiscal 2015 to a single grand total for discretionary spending. But they still have substantive differences on five bills: Interior & Environment, State & Foreign Operations, Financial Services, Labor/HHS/Education, and Transportation & Housing.
